I have been overcharged on my account ***0. I previously won a free upgrade to premium package on the DSTV rewards program. Now I have been charged for it.

28 Jul 2021, 18:44This is incorrect, please explain to me how did you arrive at the R829 as I have always been on compact plus and not premium? I paid the R379 because that's what my statement said. If anything I owe is the balance of the contact plus subscription which is R300. R679-R379=R300 not R829. Please rectify my account.
