I HAVE BEEN OVERCHARGED for THREE MONTHS NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am on PRICE-LOCK, meaning, every single month, a fixed amount of money needs to be paid or deduced from my account.

For three months I have been overcharged. In the month of August I have been overcharged with R79, In September with R168 and on 31st October 2019 AGAIN, I have been overcharged with R89.

I have been calling Multichoice and they have been lodging complaints on the system and at the same time escalating these...STILL, nothing is happening.

When these amounts are calculated, it shows that I have been overcharged with an amount of R336. I WANT MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
