I have an internet account with them, that I have been complaining about from last year June till to date they have not fixed it and they keep taking my money, on Saturday I paid them an amount of R947 for my contract to my surprise they deducted the same amount again last night when I ask for a refund I was told they hv reactivated my old account and they can only refund me half as the other money is going to that account, I never consented for them to reactivate the account as I am in no position to use it
