I have a PriceLock plan with them and was renewed last week telephonically paying R395 but now toady they are telling me that the contract was not renewed and had to pay R604 a difference of R209

I have a PriceLock plan with them and was renewed last week telephonically paying R395 but now toady they are telling me that the contract was not renewed and had to pay R604 a difference of R209. I have paid already R400 this morning but they can't reconnect my service or refund me my money rather because I can not be ****** like this Help please.
