I have a long standing issue with Multichoice doubl deducting premiums on my bank account for the past 3 months

I have a long standing issue with Multichoice doubl deducting premiums on my bank account for the past 3 months. I complained and I was assured that the problem has been resolved and infact told that Multichoice owed me money as a result of these double deductions.To my horror I have seen that this month they still deducted another 2 premiums. I am a premium client of Multichoice I am thinking of stopping my subscription with them.they don't even respond to Hellopeter
