1st of August my debit order went off with R189 they had to take R283 a month for my Pacage R99 dstv pacage R99 Showmax R85 pvr functionality total R283 A MONTH yesterday i got a sms my services has being termanated i must pay R332.99 to activate it now i phoned the billing dep 2x the statement they send me not one match what i had to pay they dont no how to use a calculator at all i said to them it is easy take R189 +332.99= R521 and i need to pay R283 they can not see that i paid to mutch August month and i must be in credit they are *****ing my money i want to take this to the ombutsman It take them 28days to see they debited me wrongly now i must pay 50 activation fee and and for their fault
