I hate dstv consultants...ba seleeeee

On Monday I used online chatting method to request cancellation of debit oder from 25th cos I left my job to start a new business so I need cash. I know very well that if u don't oy dstv ,then i won't be able to watch. So they asked me to pay cancellation fee and I agreed and even mentioned il pay it month end on the 25th. Today my chanells were not playing a and I inquired wads wrong ,they told me I have to pay that 189 so I can b able to watch from now till 25th. I reminded them that I paid full amount last month on the 25th meaning my chanels should run till 25th of this month as usually. This happens to evry customer..mos . I argued with ntombi zodwa,Queen and basetsana today over this issue and all they trying to do is to put a blame on me by saying I agreed that the service should b cancelled.. And yes I still stand by that ,I said I want debit order cancelled and I reported early cos I didnt want to have to fight with them on the 25th..y can't they let me finish the period that I paid for last month? Now my dstv is playing but m not ejoying cos they saying it might go off at anytime... They want me to pay that amount now so I watch till 25th!! Wad kind of cancellation fee it this? M so so angry...could u please help me with this..I asked for their supervisors..but dololo...no one referred me to supervisor...m not stupid that I'll say they must cancel chanels/activation that I paid for...y they close my chanells knowing very well..that my period end on the 25th? They dont even put their selves in to my shoes .all they say is pay 180...those...batsteds...yerrrr
