I hate DSTV

I still have not been assisted. I would like DSTv to find the person that activated the price lock on my account and cancel it as I did not want a price lock. The below was not addressed either I have logged an issue with DSTV call centre on the 23rd December for them to pull a call with Benedict who added me on a price plan. I did mention to Benedict that I don't want to be on a price plan but he said it's not and I can cancel at anytime . He didn't mention any fees to cancel. The agent said the call was to be pulled but u have not heard anything yet. I called again thereafter as I canceled my subscription and was told only R190 was going to be deducted but DSTV tried to deduct R490 which incurred bank charges of R145 I want a damn reimbur*****t of this amount because the incorrect amount was deducted.
