i had disconnected my DStv subscription last year, and i was sent an e-mail in the 25/04/2026 stating if i reconnect to Access they would upgrade me to Compact, which i did, now on the 16th May i was disconnected again, when i asked why i was told because i was on the compact package, i need to pay a further r148, which i feel is completely wrong, as i paid what was stated i owe and they upgraded the package, now I'm meant to pay again for something that they offered and app**** to my account, if this is not sorted out, i will never go back to multichoice again, they would have lost a client for good.
