I had a very bad experience lately since march 2025 where they upgraded my subscription without my concern because if a camping they were running and i was not informed about the upgrade. Ever since then my connection has been disconnected and after making a call every time it disconnected, they connect me for 4 days and disconnect me aging, this has been happening since beginning if May 2025. I have spoken to different agents and manager from there but they fail to fix my complain.they insist i pay an amount that changes every time i call them, which is not my fault.
