I had a dstv decoder for long time and i was not using it since i had internet at home now im starting using it they put discount called movies discount so i cancell not knowing the benefit now they charge me Penalty n if i want R399 discount i must pay with eft of which i dnt want i requested to speak to the supervisor waited for more than 39minutes service is poor shem customer is nothing at dstv i wonder why they are loosing customer on the higher plan only grew on ACCESs
