I got help but no one knows what to do
On the 6th October is when i complained on Hellopeter. The following day the original owner of the decoder gave me the change of ownership forms which i submitted on Wednesday 21st October.

In my original query Dinah did assist and loaded the decoder under my wife's account which is closed without any paperwork. I am trying to now move the decoder from her name to my name but it seems the change of ownership forms are causing major confusion.

I have made two calls last week 23rd October to find out the progress but was told nothing has been done yet. I then received a call this week from Porcia to find out about my forms. I then explained the story and also signed up as a new account over the phone. My details and banking details where taken and i was promised a call later when everything was loaded.

I then received a call from Sipho who said he would assist me. I explained the story to him as well. He then phoned me back and said that the decoder had insurance on it still. After that no one else phoned me back.

30th October i phoned and asked for someone senior and spoke to Crecentia. I explained the story again. Emailed her the docs and have nothing has happened still.
