I re-connected my other dstv account after not using it for a while, then i had to pay R173. 81 to connect on saterday but it keep showing error E30-4, beside saterday, today only i spoke to more than 3 consultants but still i payed for free because i can't watch it. I used whatsapp, phone call and live chat but no one was able to remover the error. The last consultant told me its a signal strength but i had to use my other decoder to check it but funny enough its playing but the other one its not. Its written checking my subscription, i must wait for a while. Smart card number *** i can't travel to Bloemfontein to clear error E30-4
