I feel like I'm dealing with City of Joburg with a billing problem and hitting my head against a brick wall!!

This is sheer madness! I cannot believe the kind of service I am getting from Multichoice ,part of the listed company Naspers. This is shameful to be honest. In the past 2 weeks ,my subscription has been suspended/ reinstated at least six (6) times. Everytime I contact the callcentre and spend no less than 30minutes explaining my problem, the agent emphathises with me which is great, they graciously reinstate my service, yet they explain that they are powerless to resolve my issue. So reconnected for 2 days then suspended and so on and so on. My problem is as follows: My subs is R430pm ,yet all of a sudden and without warning I am told in the middle of February that my account is in arrears. News to me because before that I had 3 interactions with the callcenter and was not advised once that this was the case. So I ask with tears in my eyes what is the arrears for- you want me to pay approx. R 260 but you cannot tell me or show me exactly what it is for? I can't do that. Every month I get an sms telling me how much to pay and I pay that amount. Sms's didnt come from september to december 2016 but I paid what was previously asked of me. So i call in mid december 2016 and ask to upgrade to premium for half the month. I am told to pay in R200 odd for this - no notification of any arrears on the account. I pay R 200 odd and premium is loaded. I call on 31 December 2016 to downgrade back to compact. Confirmation over phone that it is done, I leave on holiday, come back late January 2017 to find it not downgraded and get and sms saying R 1300 due. I contact the callcenter on 31 January 2017 and agent apologizes and downgrades, she mentions that there is a problem with the accouht as a result of it not being downgraded on 31 December 2016 but she will have it corrected. I ask ,please tell me how much to pay you on 1 February 2017 and every month ,she says all that is due is R430, so I pay R 430. Only to get an sms middle of february 2017 saying in arrears and will be suspended, I ignored it because I spoke to someone and was assured that I was not in arrears. So now I must call in every 2 days to reconnect and hope that someone somewhere can resolve this issue once and for all. Now my 1 year old cannot watch his favourite programs because some *****s at Multichoice lost the plot? I would like the Top Boss ***** to please resolve this problem within the next few hours. All I want to know is what the arrear amount is for and if it is justified then I will be glad to pay it. Thats all so simple..
