I feel cheated
After having mNet for more than 23 years I felt cheated when I went into the Centurion Services Centre with a decoder which just died on us. I was told that - although no exact date was given - the analogue decoders were being phased out. I could pay R400 odd for another analogue or I should buy the R799 deal. We have never received any communication about the analogue decoder being phased out or a communication with options available. Surely they should just have given me a replacement decoder for the rest of the time that analogue will still be available. Why should I pay for another decoder when previously these were just swopped out when malfunctioning?
