I do not trust DSTV

I am really not happy with DSTV Rewards. On the first of October 2023, I won a treats voucher. I did not the email with the unique code to claim the voucher. I looked on the app and the status showed claimed. I informed the DSTV call centre about it. Today 31st October, i spun the wheel on the rewards screen and won a monthly treat voucher. I did not receive the emai to claim the voucher.I looked at the app and once again it shows claimed. I logged a complaint with the call centre. I have still had no response for the voucher on the first of October as yet. I am really not trusting the DSTV service and app. I will wait a week or two before deciding to end my subscriptions with DSTV .
