Pathetic even TEAM LEADERS Are pathetic. AGAIN DSTV has gave me appalling service. Money went up called to ask why the agent was clueless saying this Nd that then as always we will escalate. Had to ask the TAT Nd seeing that the agent is glueless about her job Nd customer service. I asked for a TEAM LEADER. She was annoyed instantly asked how to help when I was responding she cut me off immediately. The sarcasm and annoyance in her call. She couldn't make me understand then she put her headsets up...Guys she sighed and stayed Tjooooe came back to the call after I called out for her then spoke one word Nd dropped my call. So AGENTS TLS EVERYTHING AT DSTV IS
