I DEMAND TO CANCEL DSTV NOW!!!!!!

It's thursday today .And I guess dstv has chosen not to assist could someone call me tommorow to start process cancel my subscription and give me a refund for the 4 months that i have been paying for nothing!!!!I am extremely disgusted with your service .I have logged many requests and multichoice is not interested in assisting me .please could you kindly get back to me .my ref number for my complaint that i logged with multichoice is ***0 .I'm an fed up now .
