I demand to be reimbursed for the months that DSTV did not provide me with showmax service

DSTV has been billing me for showmax subscriptions for a period of more than a year but they have been providing me with an option to go in an enjoy viewing of the channels and my showmax app state that i am not subscribed. But DSTV is refusing to pay me back the money for all the months that did not provide me with showmax service .
