I demand telephone recordings

Leadership I hope you doing good becouse am not Good at all.

I have been trying to fix the issue of the wrong decoder that was delivered and supposed to to have included instolation as per the contract I signed for.

Am bussy reaciving calls from Rock's Radios. Pressuring me to pay for instolation or they come and rip it off..

So am going to allow the INSTOLLER to came take it's sattilite dish.

And am going to asked you to cancell the carrent contact becouse it's giving me headches . And I also request the Recording for the day of application.

Becouse I still stand that I have ordered the decoder with full instolation .but the one you delivered it's instolation it's not included.

What pains me most it that MultiChoice seem not interested in solving the issue instead thy calling the instoller to say am relieble for paying sattilite dish.

In shoot . I need recordings of the day I signed of a contract . Than this decoder that I have must be collected.

Can you please advise me what would I get those telephone recordings?
