Im so livid. I called an agent a few weeks ago in regards to the amount being over changed . She advised that the Finance department will contact me with in 48 hours its already 2 weeks. On the 22.01.2020 received a message that R1197.00 will be deducted and on top of that R399 is being deducted on monthly bases. No one has made contact or an e sms or email of acknowledgement. I told the lady that she makes sure that I get refunded or she must just cancel everything.

Im still waiting for feedback. Im not sure if they care or not, but can some one sort it out and reverse all that amount back into my account or they mustn't deduct anything until sorted. I Have missed placed the reference number as it seems as if the agents are not sure what they doing,
