I competent staff and pathetic service levels

DSTV has to be one of the worst companies to deal with ever. Their *********** staff members are useless. I called them to activate an explora on my holiday home and I spent 67 minutes on the line with Njabulo Shange who said he would call me back as he needed to escalate the issue of adding my decoder. He never called me back and did nothing on my account. 67 minutes of my time wasted. DSTV should upgrade their staff. I wish there was an alternative
