I cant pay Premium, can i get compact NOW!

I missed my August premium due to financial reasons, i called them to ask if they can do a doube deduction end of August they said no. I then opted for a down grade, spoke to a lady by the name of Violet who said its possible, i have to pay R369, i paid the amount to be dowgraded to compact. Called in again and spoke to Buhle and Thato who said the payments were not cleared yet as i did the EFT. 2 days went on and my subcribtion is still not activated. I called in Sunday morning since i couldnt watch the derby. The lady i spoke to said it cant be done for their system doesnt allow that. i was then like wait, its unlike i owe MC anything as i pay for the current month to view the channels i want as per their TCs. Now it seems like im forced to remain on premium even if i cant afford it. I mean come on now, its not rocket science to change me from premium to compact, if i was changing from compact to premium it would have been a different story. Sort your things out and change my subscribtion to compact as i have paid for it, im not watching it for free. Dont take me for a ride, i pay for the service and i want to be serviced according to the paymeny i made. GET YOUR ACT RIGHT!!!
