I cannot pat twice a month ðŸ˜
I am very disappointed with Dstv, I paid my dstv on the 26th of February R459 and I normally pay 409 , They disconnected me on the 7th of March claiming that they haven't received my payment then I phoned them and they confirmed that my payment is showing on their side so they will reconnect me and they did ,then 2 days later they blocked my viewing again claiming that I haven't paid and I have to pay them R231,47 I don't know why are they doing this to me how on earth can they expect me to pay twice a month???

I paid my account yesterday and even today I can't watch anything it says "we're confirming your subscription and it ma take few minutes please wait" and I've been waiting since yesterday ,do you call that good service when we're paying so much for this????
