I called on the 23rd of July telling them that I am seeing an incorrect amount of R1102 on my app that will be deducted. They confirmed that the information on my app was incorrect and that their system is showing them an amount of R563, they will escalate the matter and fix the information on the app. Today I get a debit order of R1102. The matter was not fixed. I want my refund
