I bought a Decoder with installation at Pep Store in Cape Town at Khayelitsha Mall.then Pep Store give me the installers for my DStv and they did install it, unfortunately a week ago my DStv having a problem of signal,and I was told that I have a guarantee of 3 Months. I reported the installers my problem they don't want to come and fix it they just ignore me,then I call Multichoice to report my problem I didn't get help there they referred me to DStv Ellie's,I did make a call for them and also I didn't get help even to them while I'm reporting the installers they just say I must call Multichoice again or I must go to Pep Store where I bought my Decoder,I did go to Pep again the guys there reffered me to another installers but even now my DStv is not fixed I don't know what must I do now I need help.my worry is I payed my DStv bur I'm not watching it and it's under guarantee
