I am very dissapointed

I am really not happy with Multichoice. Been trying to check how much i need to pay for my dstv this month and it keeps saying R1050 by the 2023/01/15. Last month i paid R1117 for a compact plus. I called trying to get an explanation from consultants and all 4 of them didn't give me the same story. I call i again this month last week Thursday and today still consultants don't give me the same explanation. I have been on the call with them for 30 minutes still they can't resolve my issue.

I am now very tired to explain the same thing to this people. This is unfair on my side because i call them with airtime and still I don't get help from them :-(
