I am taking this case to the Ombudsman

It has been 5 months and my third complaint and my billing issue has not been resolved. Within these months I am calling Multichoice after every 5 days with no fail. They response on hellopeter is to just give you false hope! And to shut you up, they never follow through and when you tell their agents they dont have a clue what is going on with hellopeter complaints. I would swear you guys work on a piece of paper. Can someone allocate the payment that was done on time for the month of September and give me a peace of mind. Does is it really make any business sense to have ongoing queries for 5 months of the same issue. I have given you guys more than enough time.
