i am still very unhappy

I am still very unhappy with the service that I received from DSTV I called last week and the lady never called me back she put me on hold for 20min where does one get airtime for so long. I don't have extra view and I wont pay for it my account needs to go back to R519. I WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR R95.07 this should have been cancelled and she did not do her job please DSTV STOP with I will cancel everything with you and just pay fro showmax and Netflix. fix my account immediately.
