I am so fed-up with this DPP dep they are useless

We got the DSTV explore promotion a few months ago. We use to pay cash at a local Spar and had no problems. We were told that we had to go over on a debit order with this new promotion, we had nothing but problems since then. The first month the debit order went through, a few months passed and we wanted to rent a movie on box office but it was unsuccessful when we called the call centre about the problem only to find out that the debit order has been stopped (not by us) and that we owe them money. They then told me that they reactivated the debit order to be processed. It still has not gone through, so I called again asking about it and I was told to contact my bank as the problem is with them. FNB has nothing to do with this debit order not going through, we now owe about 4 to 5 months of back payments because of their mistake. This is unacceptable, I do not have that money to give out because of their mistake. The problem has not been resolved as yet!!
