I am sickened

Numb and hurt..its sad I hve to come back here again after receiving calls promising to resolve my issue to actually do none but make it worse by listing me as having arrears.....first they acknowledged that I hve been paying for service they did npt provide and checked coordinates for coverage and confirmed there was none.....promised to close the account and collect the router....I kept following up to be told that they no longer can collect the rputer as contract was canceled....but were very happy to list me....and charge me a good R1080 for the router....now they telling me that my account is in an active status....meaning they will continue to charge me for something they are not providing me with.....what a dishonest way of making money......I am tired of these people ....can you please close the account and leave me alone this is the reference ***.....they claim calls are recorded but they dnt go back to their recodings to make correct judgment....shows how dishonest they are
