I am furious

<p>On the 15th of feb my account was credited with R2439 (3 months) and an explora was installed and my pvr disconnected. Got an sms stating that i owe them R208. Phoned spoke to very rude phakisa. Told me i have two supscriptions. PVR and explora R844 x 2 and therefore money finished. Really sharks. I want my account rectified immediately. When the explora was installed the pvr was cancelled by your accredited installer. I did not have dstv for the first two weeks in feb thus only money owed was recconnection and maybe 3 extra days which is anout R150. Therefore only money to be deducted from R2439 should be around R572! And someone from DSTV must phone me as ive talked out all my money on my phone already with you guys.</p>
