I am bieng over charged for their services Unexplained Overcharging and Service Suspension by DStv

I’m on the DStv Access + ZTE Internet bundle, which should cost R359 per month. In September, I was charged over R700 without a clear reason. Then on 1 October, I paid R399, but my services were still cut off and I was told I now owe R699.

I haven’t made any changes or added services. Despite reaching out, I haven’t received proper feedback or help. This is unfair and causing unnecessary stress.
