I am being ******. Have paid many times

I activated my dstv at the amanzimtoti branch and the lady didnt say anything but just gave me my papers ,i later on got disconnected and found out i had to pay r460 then all was good,a week later i got disconnected again and told to pay r100.01 we paid then again today im disconnected and all day have been told the system is offline,now im told that im owing R592 and it bothers me because i am on dstv compact which is R319 a month, now i dont know why i am paying so much and this was activated just before christmas.
