Hustle to cancel my contract and subscription with DSTV

I have had an arrangement of a blocked price payment for 2 years and that contract was end on the 15 April 2025. I have been calling them to facilitate the end of contract as per their emails. And on the 15 April the deductions were R130 more than the agreed amount. I thought I was done with them as indicated that I will have to pay the last amount. But no again on the 15 May there's a debit order that went through even after calling again to ensure that the contract is canceled. Why is it an a hassle to cancel a contract with them? I expected a call from a supervisor when I called on the 14 May after getting an sms about the debit order and no call came but instead a debit order went out of my account.
