Hurting me with your incompetence
DStv accounts department keeps allocating my Internet payment to residential general instead of dpp. Now the credit bureau list an arrears and it hurt me badly in obtaining a bond. Some banks have declined the bond and others offers highers interest rate, all because Dstv can't allocate correctly. My account is actually paid in advance / i have a positive balance. So I ask nicely that Dstv DPP correct my credit records by immediately reporting my account as correct and also start allocating correctly.
