Human interaction
DSTV app again proved human interaction is still the best option, I requested for extra view to be cancelled they cancel my whole account. Even the WhatsApp of no use , my account was blocked the app useless we had to call in to the call centre to get human interaction to get my service restored ...

10 Jan 2021, 10:44If only Hello Peter allowed me to write another review they could have seen that I wanted to Thank Portia (DSTV _ Call Centre ) agent for her excellent customer service in helping me resolve my issue with re-connecting my service. A Big Thank You to human interaction in getting the job done. Hello Peter can maybe learn something out of this lesson
