Huge thanks to the One Person at DSTV that cares

I have been fighting for over 2 months to redeem a competition prize i won , It just seemed that because i was a customer that one something free , I did not deserve a good customer experience. I lost all faith in DSTV after speaking to several DSTV consultant for over 2 months , I finally met someone at DSTV that saw me as a customer and not a charity case! Her name ? Pumelele Camane 'Field Agent", She went as far as giving me her whatsapp contact in order for her to help me while she was on Leave during the festiv period . She did not give up even when i had lost all hope and faith in DSTV , she went the extra mile over and over again until i was sorted. This is someone that understands that any customer should be valued . She is the only person at DSTV that was competent and passionate enough to help me, that means alot! Thank you Pumelele Camane , DSTV should use you to train up the rest!
