Dstv is overcharging on price lock and not listening to the recording

16 Aug 2021, 19:06Did you listen to the call I was on the line with Dstv as I got an error code E143 which they were sorting out you will leave me with no alternative but to continue with my legal process as I have requested a copy of the recording of which I was advised was being attended to as I was advised I could have the three decoders at R899. 00 otherwise I would not have taken the contract I keep on contradicting myself read the messages you will see I was offered 3 decoders at R899. 00 that is why I want a copy of the recording
