How to pay for something and get nothing
Poor service, bad attitude and just a corporate greed looking to milk their client base.
When a decoder does not work then surely this should be of concern to you. Revenue losses. I cant pay for something that does not work.

Bheki Ngomane, you seriously need to find something else to do along with Nompumelelo Maluleka. These 2 are the poorest in client service I have experienced in many a while. -10. Hopefully your organisation can fix up your mess.

I need a response to why Multichoice is unwilling to assist me with a faulty decoder. They WONT fix it or replace it because they have procedures. I need someone to communicate with me.
