How to make DSTV respond!!!

Only way to make DSTV sit up and take note is to name and shame across social media!! They are an absolute disgrace and eventually will implode Is there anyone out there who is totally satisfied with their DSTV service?? Would be very interesting to hear from a satisfied customer who is NOT a member of their staff!!
