Congratulations DSTV for ridiculous rules to kill your own business. I bought a 2nd hand Explorer Ultra. Took a copy of original owner ID and decoder to multichoice for registration. No luck! They want forms filled in by previous owner and a certified copy of the ID. Rather ridiculous rule for a device that is useless without a DSTV subscription. I have been a DSTV premium subscriber for more than 20 years and I'm treated like a potential ********. Maybe it's time to cancel my >R1200 subscription if they don't want business.
