How to delete multichoice account permanently

I'm really ****ed how with the level of privacy one has one their DStv account , I called the contact center last night to have them add a password to my account because I had to decords linked and I wanted the other one deactivated,to my surprise my service was disconnected yesterday all because the other user of the second decored was able to call and give them my personal information and because none of the consultants do bother asking for that password it was connected and mine was disconnected and now I'm told I have to pay for the second time to have my service connected I'm so ****ed off I paid for something am not even using now I just wanna have the account deleted , because they can't even help me and it's not my fault if only their consultants did ask for the password I wouldn't be having this problem now.
