How not to treat a founding client
Afternoon.

Despite some 10 telephone calls instructing cancellation of DPP order, with confirmation from you as per the written instruction from me below, and your written response, you still went ahead and debited my bank account today with an amount of R1954, as well as the R149 0n 11/12/2015.

My wife also informed you that we never took delivery of the Explora, but, some 5 days later we were informed by the Security Staff at our Housing estate that the On the Dot driver had asked them to sign for it, which in itself is not a legal transaction - the decoder lay in the security office for 5 days before they informed us of this. All of this detail was conveyed to you via telephone and my wife arranged that you collect the decoder in its original wrapping - this was only done by you / Fed Ex on 24/12/2015, and once again conveyed to you via the DPP call centre.

I once again phoned you call centre this morning and spoke to one of your supervisors, Nthantla (sorry if it is misspelt), who undertook to take it up with her manager and give me feedback on Tuesday (as she is off tomorrow).
