How many DSTV employees does it take to add PVR functionality on a package?

I called DSTV multichoice on Monday to add PVR functionality for my exporer. The lady that answered told me that she can't add it for me but has escalted it to another business unit to do it for me and it would be done in 30 minutes. When I got home, I found out it wasn't done. I called again on Tuesday and at that time they were experiancing technical difficulties. I called again yesterday(Wednesday) i was told they have escalated it to another business unit and that it would have been done by this morning. Still not done, this is annoying, how difficult is it to add PVR functionality on my package?????
