How long still to fix my account.

I checked now if my account balance was rectified but I see its still says there's an outstanding amount, this time R249.32 due by the 27th, is it Tumi messing up my account or are the consultants working on my account not able to rectify it. If this is the case then I must just downgrade to compact plus again as it seems dstv is not honoring the 3 month R649 special offering. Advise soonest. Mpilo said it will be rectified by the 19th already, its almost the 23rd????? By the way nobody ever called me yet from my previous complaint. Terrible service.
