How long does it take to change ownership

Why does it take a month to change the ownership of a decoder. I have sent emails, went to the Maponya mall service centre twice (after being advised via email that I can only be assisted at the centre), assured that the change of ownership is done and I can make the payment, called the contact center several stuff and had to deal *********** and rude stuff and managers who make empty promises and the change of ownership is still not done. Something that I was promised that it will take only 72 hours is still not done a month later.
