How long does it take
I was contacted in early Jan 15 for the R799 swap out promotion. I was told that i cannot authorise the swap out as i'm not the account holder. I gave them my Husband's nr to call. the same lady called me twice more with the same promotion. 2 more times i gave my husband's details to call. I called the call centre to enquire and was given the 41250 nr to sms. My Husband sent the sms and they called him 2 days later. they then said they need to conduct a credit check (i'm not sure for what reason as we've never skipped payment). This was 2 weeks ago and we haven't heard anything since. I called the call centre and i was told they can only escalate the matter to the sames team who will contact me within 48rs. Again no response.

How long does this process take. A colleague made 1 call and the decoder was delivered within 48hrs, no questions asked. so, what's wrong with me?
