How difficult can this be?

<p>I have been trying to get my statements from Multichoice for the period March 2015 to Feb 2016 to no avail. I have made phone calls, sent emails and all I received are the wrong statements. I have attempted a number of times, everytime they will send me the wrong dated statements. When I phoned Multichoice they told me they are only able to send me statements from July 2015 because they are on a new system I must send an email to enquiries and they will be able to assist me, which I did, seven times. They sent me statements from 2013, 2014 and 2016, but not the dates I requested. Now they tell me they can only give me statements from July 2015. If this is so, how did they send me statments from 2013 and 2014. I also asked for a tax certificate, to no avail. How can a company as large as Multichoice not be able to give a person the necessary tax invoices/ statements for the previous tax year. This is extremely frustrating for me.</p>
