How dare they
I made a payment of 510 on the 31st and now 3 days later they send me an sms claiming they wouldn't wanna suspend my service but my account is over due. What the hell. How long does it take to see a payment? If u had the courtesy to call u would have found out that i paid a long time ago n avoid sending nasty threatening smses. Next time get ur facts right

On our system the payment only reflected on the 05.02.2018. SMSes are auto generated by the system, when the payment is not reflecting. When you make an EFT payment we urge you to at least make the payment 2 days before your payement date . This is because EFT payments take long some times to reflect on our data base.
The account is up to date and services will not be disconnected.
We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that may have been caused.
